The public is cordially invited to attend a very special Retirement Reception in honor of LaSalle Parish Sheriff Scott Franklin set for Thursday, June 27, in the lobby of the LaSalle Parish Courthouse. The reception will begin at 2 p.m. and cake and punch will be served.
