A number of House Bills became Acts during the regular session that convened March 11, 2024, and adjourned on May 3, 2024, will go into effect by August 1, 2024: House Bill 12 (ACT 11) by Representative Jordan amends the elements of nonconsensual disclosure of a private image, changes the element relative to the disclosure of an image of an identifiable person to encompass either, the exposing of intimate parts of or the engaging in a sexual performance by the identifiable person.
