Cars That Didn’t Quite Make It
For every car that was a smashing success there were two or three that didn’t quite make it. The one car at the very top of this list may be the Ford Edsel. Manufactured for one year only (1958) and named after Henry Ford’s son, it was a complete flop. A hideous looking car to say the least, they became a collector’s item because of their rarity. Of course, there were many other vehicles with a short lifespan.
