Dear Editor, First of all, I would like to publicly apologize to the Jena Town Council and the public for getting angry at the September 3 council meeting regarding their decision to not adopt the ordinance to prohibit RV parks. I was upset but I had no right to verbalize it in the way that I did. As a former council member, I, of all people, understand the weight they are under when confronted with a controversial issue where there are differing opinions. I should not have said the things I said.
