The Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) and the Louisiana Office of Juvenile Justice (OJJ) formalized a transformative partnership yesterday with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the campus of Baton Rouge Community College. The collaborative initiative is designed to provide justice-involved youth with access to educational and workforce training opportunities, equipping them with the skills needed to succeed in high-demand, high-wage careers.
