As noted in last week’s editorial, last weekend was setting up to be a busy one…but we had no idea what was really in store. It made last week’s prediction seem relatively mild. On Wednesday, I traveled to DeQuincy to cover the LaSalle Tigers’ playoff game. These young men gave a valiant effort and gave the home team more than they bargained for against the #14 ranked visitors. They lost the game 5-0 but in regards to integrity, they won hands down.
