We live in an American society that loves to complain. Don’t believe me? Take a moment and scroll through your social media feed and count the number of people who are complaining, ranting or just sharing something negative. We complain when our food doesn’t arrive fast enough in a restaurant or if it isn’t prepared how we wanted. We complain when we have to wait too long in a drive thru. We complain about customer service at a business.
