My blueberry crops this year are outstanding and the delicious berries have ripened in clusters that are easy for the picking! I spent countless hours last week gathering and scooping the bounty by handfuls into waiting containers. I confess I ate more than a few of the fattest and bluest berries from the bucket, but that was my reward for enduring the heat, perspiration, and ant bites.
