The Olla Town Council learned last week that they are still short of funds to begin work on the much-needed Wastewater Treatment Plant Project. According to Olla Mayor Rhonda Elliott at the Council’s June 10 meeting, bids for the project were opened and all of the bids submitted were over budget, leaving the Mayor looking for more funding options.
