The butterflies fluttering from flower to flower, soft sound of trickling water and the pleasant scent of white gardenias perfuming the air are just a few of the sights, sounds and smells that greet visitors when they walk into Dana King’s lovely outdoor gardens. Dana, a self-taught gardener, paints a garden picture of peaceful retreat and loveliness in the alcoves around her home. It has been a work in progress for many years, and she’s not yet finished. She’s always ready to put on her gardening gloves and breathe in the fragrance of her beloved sanctuary.
