The better half and I just returned from a mission’s trip to the Caribbean Island of St. Maarten. (As one of my dear friends aptly put it, someone must suffer for the kingdom!). I confess, this was one overseas gospel venture that I did not mind embarking on in the least. The island was beautiful, the aqua blue waters were breathtaking, and the ministry and churches were welcoming and heartfelt in their efforts for God. In fact, their devotion and fervor just about whipped this old Louisiana girl!
