“When the grant application period first came out in 2019, I thought, ‘What can we do in LaSalle Parish to really make an impact on our kids?’” said LEDD Executive Director Cynthia Cockerham as she spoke to the LaSalle Parish School Board September 2. “And so, the dream I had was to bring art and technology through an out-of-school program during their unstructured time and inspire them to live a drug free life.”
