The 117th Annual North Central Louisiana District Fair will be happening at the Olla Fairgrounds October 14-17. The North Central District covers LaSalle, Winn, Caldwell, Grant and Catahoula Parishes. It was founded in 1908 as The Central Louisiana Fair with the name changed in 1923.
