Many years ago, I read a book by Peter Lord titled Hearing God. In this book he takes part of it and deals with things that prevent us from hearing God when He speaks to us. He uses the term “traps” and although I don’t remember them all, one that has stuck with me is the trap of “Hurry and Business.”
