Brianna Brown, 28, of Winnfield, was arrested December 8 by the Jena Police Department for assault on health care professional and menacing.

Manuel Espeiel, 20, of Winnfield, was arrested December 8 by the LaSalle Parish Sheriff’s Office for indecent behavior with a juvenile.
