Years ago, I had a mild heart attack. A mild heart attack is defined as one that did not do any damage to the heart muscle. This may be attributed to the fact that as soon as I started having chest pains, I took four baby aspirins which thinned my blood enough for the blood to flow through the partial blockage to deliver oxygen to the heart muscle.
