No matter what one’s opinion is regarding Carbon Capture Sequestration (CCS), the new plant planned for Caldwell Parish will impact Caldwell and LaSalle parishes in a positive way regarding jobs and an invigorated logging industry, according to the plant’s Chief Operating Officer Bob Meredith of Columbia.
