A Declaration of Emergency (DE) has been issued by Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) Secretary Tyler Bosworth in response to a recently confirmed Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) detection in a hunter-harvested white-tailed deer in Ouachita Parish in January.
