With the month of May being jam-packed with school events and other pre-summer festivities, Olla Mayor Rhonda Elliott made it her prerogative to conduct May’s Town Council Meeting as quickly as possible. There were few major updates, which made this goal easy to achieve, but what was divulged was mostly good news for the townspeople.
