Gerald Huffman, General Manager, along with the Board of Directors of Concordia Electric Coop. Inc., are pleased to announce that they will be awarding 10 scholarships and Louisiana Rural Electric Association will be awarding 5 scholarships in the amount of $750.00 each. The application is available to seniors graduating in May 2026 who plan to attend college in the fall. They must be a resident of the cooperative’s seven parish service area, which includes Caldwell, Catahoula, Concordia, Franklin, Grant, LaSalle, and Tensas. Students interested and who meet the eligibility requirements can pick up an application at the Jonesville office between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday. Winners will be selected in a random drawing by the Board of Directors at the August Board Meeting, tentatively scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2026.
