Sales tax collections across Northeast Louisiana’s 10 cooperative parishes rose to $384 million in 2025, up from $340 million in 2024, according to data published by NELA Growth, a regional economic tracking site built by Crenshaw Analytics for Grow NELA. The $43.3 million increase amounts to 12.7% growth, more than four times the region’s 2.8% average annual growth rate from 2022 through 2024, the site’s data shows.
