#thrive program to continue with opioid settlement money

LaSalle Parish’s “The Strand Village Project #thrive” program will continue permanently, funded through opioid settlement money starting in January 2027. The positive announcement was made by parish officials July 21 at the La-Salle Economic Development District’s (LEDD) Legislative Update Forum at The Strand Theater.
