The Town of Jena received a clean opinion on its 2025 audit and saw its total net position grow by more than $3.6 million, but the town’s gas and sewer operations continued to cost more to run than they brought in, the town’s outside auditor told the Jena Town Council at its regular meeting Monday, Sept. 14.
