Catahoula Police Jury rejects library budget

The Catahoula Parish Police Jury unanimously voted not to approve the Catahoula Parish Library’s proposed 2026 budget during its Sept. 14 public meeting, saying jurors needed more information about rising expenses before taking action on the spending plan.
