Work to improve drainage along Vick Road is moving forward after the Catahoula Parish Police Jury accepted the lowest of three bids for the project. Key Construction LLC of Mississippi submitted the winning bid of $64,480, compared with $68,000 from 3M Landworks and $75,500 from Josh Bradford of Rocket Six, a Manifest contractor.
