JHS Track Team has two District Champs

Jenaâs Emily Breithaupt won the 100 Meter and 400 Meter Dash at the District 3-3A Track Meet held last Thursday at Buckeye High School to win the district championship in both events. The wins earned her a trip to ULM today to compete in the Regional Track Meet. (See story.)

The Jena High School Track Team had two of its members place first in separate events during the District 3-3A Track Meet held last Thursday at Buckeye High School. Senior Emily Breithaupt scorched the competition and placed first in the 100 meters and the 400 meters, claiming the District Championship in both events.
