The Test Well program for Strategic Biofuels’ Louisiana Green Fuels Project (LGF) for the planned facility at the Port of Columbia is complete and all of its goals have been achieved. The drilling and completion rigs operated by Justiss Oil Company of Jena, that have been very visible on Highway 165 about a mile south of the Port, are now gone.
