As a major plaintiff in the multi-state challenge to OSHA’s ETS, Attorney General Jeff Landry is standing up for freedom for employers, employees and our constitutional rights.
He is also on the lookout for rogue OSHA regulators who try to enforce the ETS without the authority to do so, as the lawless White House continues to pressure employers to voluntarily impose the standard on their employees.
Any instances of federal enforcement of the OSHA Covid-19 vaccination and testing mandate during the stay should be reported to the Attorney General, 225-326-6000.
