He was born July 26, 1984 in Ferriday.
Bubba loved life and lived it to the fullest. He loved his job on the rig and the guys he worked with. Most of all, he loved his grandpa. Graveside services were held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 15 in the Heard Cemetery at Manifest with Rev. Chad Franklin officiating.
Interment followed under direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Jena.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jenny Lou Ford; grandmother, Mary Lou Ford; great grandparents, Benjamin Esaw, Jr. and Annie Ruth Ford, and JB and Eva Morris.
He is survived by his grandpa, Pete Ford of Jonesville; uncle, Gary Ford; aunt, Cindy Spinks (JH); father, Ricky Coleman; cousins, Justin Spinks and Labe Ford; and a host of other cousins and friends.
Pallbearers were Brian Taylor, Labe Ford, Blake Holoman, Joseph Jones, Rodney Tillman, Dusty Hamilton, Jon Hamilton, and Ronnie Adams.
Honorary pallbearers were Gary Ford, Marcus Carter, Russell Delaney, Bubba Blaney, Ernest Hamilton, Robert Collins, and all of the guys on Rig #1.
