We cannot find the words to truly express our thanks for the sympathy, love and support you have extended to our family during the illness and loss of our loved one, Claude Dearmon. We would like to thank Claude’s care teams at M.D. Anderson and Hematology Oncology in Alexandria. His battle with cancer lasted almost seven months. We could feel the prayers of family and friends throughout all those weeks. Your support for us during his wake and funeral were overwhelming and we will never forget your kindness. Thank you for all the beautiful flowers, donations in his memory, food and other ways you helped us. A special thanks to our church family at Pinehill Baptist Church for preparing food, for providing the pallbearers and to Mike McCartney for leading the song service and for singing Beulah Land (Claude’s favorite song.) Thanks also to Brother Cory for conducting his service and to Charles for the eulogy. Please continue to keep all of us in your prayers as we miss this man who didn’t talk much, but who loved every one of us.
