Lady Tigers beat Northwood behind Campbell’s no hitter
The LaSalle Lady Tigers moved to 2-1 in District 3-1A play and 18-3 overall with a 17-0 victory over Northwood-Lena. Landri Campbell led LaSalle to the win in the circle. Campbell threw four innings, striking out 12 and walking one. This sets up two major showdowns coming this week. LaSalle will travel to St Mary’s, 3-0 in district play, and will host Logansport, 2-1 in district play. The Lady Tigers have three remaining regular season games left and are looking forward to the post season.
