70 Years Ago April 17, 1952 Jena Streets Crowded with Army Convoys… Jena was again the scene of Army convoys moving through at all hours of the day. Most of the convoys were part of the 82nd Airborne Division, one of the most decorated units in the country during WWII and saw action in the Battle of the Bulge and other European engagements.
