Growing up, us Franklin boys were big fans of Mid-South Wrestling - a staple in Central Louisiana during the 1970’s and 80’s. We would watch on television those iconic figures such as Hawksaw Jim Duggan, Junkyard Dog, Mr. Olympia, Ted DiBiase, Dusty Rhodes, Rick Flair, The Rock n’ Roll Express, Jake the Snake, the Iron Sheik, Skandor Akbar, and of course, special appearances by Andre the Giant.
