The LaSalle Parish Police Jury voted to adopt a new LaSalle Parish district map during their regular meeting held Monday night, May 9. Every ten years when the United States census is conducted, states and parishes are required to undergo the reapportionment process in drawing congressional districts on down to police jury and school board districts to ensure equal and fair distribution of representatives in government.
