Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) joined Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) in introducing the No Emergency Crude Oil to Foreign Adversaries Act. The legislation would prevent future strategic petroleum reserve (SPR) sales from going to China, Russia, North Korea or Iran.
