The final of six art and technology summer camps from The Strand Village Project # thrive wrapped last week in Jena: Python Coding (Engineering) Camp and Percussion and Voice Camp. The camps, for La-Salle Parish youth in sixth to twelfth grades, were part of a community development project of LEDD (La-Salle Economic Development District) and funded in part by a Substance and Alcohol Abuse Program Prevention Grant from The Rapides Foundation. The camps were held free of charge.
