Army PFC Robert McBroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. McBroom, of Zenoria, recently arrived in Europe and has been stationed at Wiesbaden Germany. He will serve as a Signal Operator in the eighth Anti-aircraft Artillery Group, which is receiving intensive field training as part of the U.S. 7th Army and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) forces. McBroom, a veteran of four years army service, has been awarded the Army of Occupation Medal for Japan, the distinguished Unit Emblem and the Korean Service Ribbon.
