Larry Campbell and his daughter, LuLu Campbell, stand behind the first of 48 benches that will soon be installed at the Jena Town Park amphitheater. The business owners began the major renovation project April 4 and were astonished and pleased with the communityâs response in helping.

Restoring the Jena Park Benches
It’s been two years since the benches at the Town of Jena’s amphitheater were removed. That’s two years of Veterans Day events, concerts and Howdy Neighbor Days without the public having anywhere to sit unless they brought their own lawn chairs.
