Acting Fire Chief Approved in Olla

Longtime firefighter for the Olla Volunteer Fire Department Ray Atwell was officially named Acting Fire Chief during the Olla Town Council’s regular monthly meeting held Tuesday, June 13. The position became vacant with the passing of former Fire Chief Joe Thompson on June 2.
