The LaSalle Parish School Board will change their traditional first Monday of the month meetings to the first Tuesday of each month starting next month, as announced by Superintendent Jon Garrett recently at the Board’s Finance Committee Meeting. For decades the Board has met the first Monday of every month to conduct school system business, with the occasional exception of a holiday falling on that day when it would be moved to the following Monday.
