Tullos Hears Many Plans and Updates

The Tullos Town Council discussed updates regarding the Tullos overpass detour and made plans for upcoming annual holiday events during their monthly meeting held Monday, August 7. Police Juror Tim Lasiter and Mayor Karla Cockerham have been in communication with Jay Collins with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LA DOTD), regarding the Tullos overpass, which was closed by LA DOTD on Friday, May 12 and reopened on Monday, June 5, with limited weight requirements.
