Some sermons are preached; but others are sung in the lyrics and melodies of soothing hymns, powerful gospel music and praise and worship songs. While churches across the parish sing a variety of styles of songs from traditional hymns to contemporary worship music, all do so with the intent to glorify God and minister to those in the pews.
