Parent Expo Planned Jan. 25

The LaSalle Parish School System is conducting a Parent Expo set for Thursday, January 25, in the Jena Elementary School gymnasium from 4-6 p.m.

The annual event is held to provide parents of children in the school system with various information and resources as they become more involved in their children’s education.

The expo is for all students in every LaSalle Parish school, from Pre-K to 12th grade.

Free food and drinks will be served and door prizes will be given away throughout the event.

Officials encourage all parents and students to attend the free event.
