Following four years of economic disaster and foreign affair failures by President Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan was elected President of the United States in November 1980. In many ways, the United States was in the same position it finds herself in today. I thought this look back at part of President Reagan’s inaugural address on January 20, 1981, would offer a bit of hope to us today.
