It was the fall of 1989 when Reverend Scotty Dowell, at only 24 years of age, felt the tug of God on his heart for the ministry. Little did he realize where that pull and his surrender to the gospel call would lead him. Thirty-five years and forty countries later, he has been instrumental, with the help of his wife of 42 years, Terry, to fulfill the great commission of Matthew 28:19, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.”
