LaSalle Students Attend Governor’s Event

A news conference rolling out GUMBO 2.0 was held in Baton Rouge August 19 with Gov. Jeff Landry and several invited guests from across the state, including Jena Junior High School Principal Jeremy Cassels, his daughter Ellie Kate and friend Harley DeLaSalle. LaSalle Parish was one of the biggest winners of GUMBO 1.0 and was celebrated at the event.
