Homecoming Festivities – LaSalle High Homecoming Friday

Heath Denison, Principal of LaSalle High School, has announced that LHS Homecoming 2024 will take place at LaSalle this Friday, September 27, 2024.

The 2024 Queen and her Court will be presented during the morning program, which will be held in the LaSalle High School football stadium at 10 a.m. This year’s court, which is determined each year by the number of LaSalle Tiger football seniors, will feature five members along with the queen.

The Alumni of LaSalle High School classes of 1964, 1974, 1984, 1994, 2004, 2014, and 2024 will be honored.

The homecoming program is a favorite of young and old, as a representative from each alumni class provides a small recap of their years at LaSalle High, often entertaining to the delight of those attending.

The LaSalle Tigers will host the Block Bears in the homecoming football game at 7 p.m. in Tiger Stadium that night with the Queen and her Court being presented during halftime. Homecoming game tickets may be purchased in advance in the LHS Main Office or at the ceremony on Friday. Tickets are $10 per person.

The annual homecoming parade will begin at 2:00 p.m. Participants are asked to report to the front of the LaSalle Recreation Center at 1:30 p.m. to line up. Please note: All floats, ATVs and motorcycles must be operated by licensed, insured adults (21 years of age or older).

The 2024 LHS Homecoming Court includes Queen A’Keilia Zyona Smith.

Kele is the daughter of Kamall and Alishia Varner of Olla. Kele will be attended by Everly Bradford, the daughter of Storey & Coty Bradford of Olla, and Robert Mollique Jr., the son of Robert Mollique Sr. and Porche Smith of Columbia.

The Court consists of young ladies honored by the 2024-2025 senior football players as follows:

Cutler Ganey, son of Curt & Krista Ganey of Olla, will escort Kinlie Ganey, daughter of Curt & Krista Ganey of Olla.

Stephen Fowler, son of Cory & Amy Fowler of Olla, will escort Leanna Womack, daughter of Stephanie Davis of Tullos.

Peyton Peppers, son of Jason & Cherish Peppers of Olla, will escort Lana Childress, daughter of Tammy Childress & Cody Sandidge of Olla.

Canaan Stowe, son of Bobby and Lindsey Stowe of Olla, will escort Rheese Martin, daughter of Brandon and Cassie Martin of Olla.

Matthew Thompson, son of Jim Thompson of Olla & Casey Evans of Olla, will escort Klaire Fenoli, daughter of Tony and Amanda Fenoli of Olla.
