At 91 years of age, retired educator, Mrs. Annie Riser is a picture of grace and loveliness. She is happy for the decades she taught the students of LaSalle Parish and relishes the years of retirement and travel she was privileged to spend with her late husband, Mr. Cleveland Riser. Her two children, Cleveland Jr. and Joletta Maxile, and her two grandchildren, Nathan and Rachel Maxile, continue to be among her greatest blessings. The students she taught during her 28 years will not soon forget the investment she made in each of them.
