The Tullos Town Council, Mayor Karla Cockerham and members of JCP Management have yet to solve the mystery of the millions of gallons of water loss that the town has been experiencing off and on for the past year. According to the water and wastewater report given by Caleb Black with JCP Management during the Council’s meeting last Monday, the town’s water system lost over 2 million gallons of water during the month of December, losing up to 80,000-100,000 gallons per day.
