As a member of the Louisiana Press Association’s Board of Directors, I have the opportunity to visit with publishers and editors from across the state on a regular basis during our board meetings held several times a year. Last week, I was in Baton Rouge for an LPA board meeting where one of our discussions centered on problems we are all experiencing with the United States Postal Service and how it is disintegrating before our eyes.
